Welcome to AC Website Design. By choosing to work with us or browsing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between us and our clients.

We specialise in crafting custom websites for tradespeople and small businesses. Every project is handled with care, professionalism, and a focus on delivering real value. Once a quote has been accepted, a formal agreement will outline the scope of work, timeline, and any additional services requested.

A deposit — typically 50% of the total project fee — is required to secure your booking and initiate the design process. The final balance will be due upon project completion and prior to the website being handed over or published live.

We pride ourselves on collaboration and communication. Reasonable revisions are included within the scope defined in your quote; however, major changes or additions outside that scope may be subject to additional fees. We will always communicate clearly if adjustments to cost or timing are required.

By using our services, you acknowledge that all creative work — including website structure, design, and content — remains the intellectual property of AC Website Design until final payment is received. Once complete, full rights are transferred to you, with the exception of any licensed content (such as stock images or third-party plugins).
